1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Arabat, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the app.

2. Service Description

Arabat is a platform to discover and book food trucks for private events in Qatar. We act as an intermediary between users and vendors.

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must have a valid Qatar phone number
• You must be legally capable of entering contracts

4. Booking & Payment

• A booking is binding once confirmed and paid
• Prices in QAR include 10% service fee
• Full price displayed before payment
• Payment via Checkout.com or Apple Pay

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancel 7+ days before: Full 100% refund
• Cancel 3–7 days before: 50% refund
• Cancel less than 3 days before: No refund
• Refunds within 5–10 business days

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Do not misuse the app
• Keep account credentials confidential
• Comply with Qatar laws

7. Limitation of Liability

Arabat is an intermediary. We are not responsible for vendor service quality or indirect damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All app content is the exclusive property of Arabat, protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Qatar law. Disputes resolved before Qatari courts.
